First Stop: FAQs
If you're having trouble, your first stop should be the FAQs posted on our website. These FAQs are updated on a regular basis, so it's always worthwhile to check them out when you're stuck.
Next Stop: Help Desk
If the FAQs are not helping you out, open a Help Desk ticket:
- Click the Help Desk link on our home page.
- Login with your username and password. Note: web://cp logins and Help Desk logins are independent. Use the login you were assigned when your account was opened.
- Click "Create Support Ticket"
- Enter your preferred method of contact
- Enter a phone number where we can reach you if necessary
- Enter a short description of the problem. This description is what out support staff will see when they browse the ticket pool. Try to be as concise as possible.
- Using as much detail as possible, enter a full description of the problem into the "Description" field.
- Click "Create Support Ticket"
After you have opened a ticket it will be listed under "My Open Tickets". From here you can monitor the progress of the ticket. You will also receive an email whenever the ticket is updated by our support staff.
